All content, frameworks, assessments, and methodologies are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Assessment usage
DIAL assessment results are for personal and organizational development purposes. Results should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions. Team assessments require participant consent.
Consulting
Consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements. Recommendations are advisory; implementation decisions remain with the client.
